Aksarben Village – Hilton Garden Inn
Hilton Garden Inn is a new 124 room hotel, located on property developed by Magnum. The hotel is expected to open Spring 2018, and will utilize the 940-stall parking garage built by Magnum in 2015. The hotel is part of a full city block, acquired by Magnum in 2008, and master planned to create an entertainment area to serve the surrounding neighborhoods; which includes University of Nebraska Omaha, several corporate office headquarters, UNO Baxter Arena, Aksarben Cinema, Genesis Health Club and several bars and restaurants.
