Aksarben Place
Aksarben Place is a 33,000 SF mixed-use development located at 63rd and Center, in Omaha, Nebraska. Magnum purchased vacated buildings and a small dilapidated trailer park, totaling 3 acres. Magnum developed a 2-building project that houses restaurants, services, and office space that has served the Aksarben area since 2008. Magnum worked with the City of Omaha and secured a capital stack consisting of private equity, tax increment financing (now bonded) and traditional bank debt to fund the project.
