The Aksarben Cinema building is approximately 82,000 SF and is an entertainment destination for Aksarben Village. The project consists of the 10 screen all digital Aksarben Cinema, Genesis Health Club, Luvbird Boutique and 3 restaurants; Ponzu Sushi & Grill, DJ’s Dugout and Dudley’s Pizza & Tavern. The $20 million dollar project sits in the heart of Aksarben Village, and provides a spark of nightlife and action, for the village and the surrounding residential neighborhood. Magnum developed this project in 2009-2010 and utilized tax increment financing to pay for some of the extensive site work and surrounding public infrastructure.
